Mobile Bitz Kiosk, Westfield

Mobile Bitz are one of the country’s leading mobile phone accessories & repair specialists - they have been in the business for over 17 years and have over 70 retail outlets across the nation, continuing to grow from strength to strength. We were tasked with creating a brand new kiosk format that would challenge the normal perception of a mobile phone accessory & repair business. From our initial conceptual thinking, through to detailed design development, we considered every angle of optimal phone display. Strangely inspired by fruit & veg market stalls, we explored stacking & boxing in array as a way to present the vast collection of accessories and merchandise, organising the multiple product categories into a coherent and easy to browse customer journey. And with a material pallet that was incredibly mindful of both client budget and fully in keeping with Westfield design guidelines, both the Mobile Bitz and R+P were delighted with the end result.
